What I really like about this picture is the deep blue sky, and how it contrasts very nicely with the gray and orange/peach colors of the buildings. I especially love how the film quality is very crisp and clear. I'm guessing that this photo was taken some time in the morning or early afternoon. When I look at the shadows just under the roof, and the roof tops, it really looks like it was a nice sunny day when the photo was taken. The timing of the photo was really spot-on.

But to me, there is a vibrancy to this picture; maybe it's how the sun shines upon the very front building. But when I look at this picture, it really feels like the buildings are bracing themselves for a great event or change that's about to take place in that town or area. It even feels like the clouds are moving in the sky. This picture is lively to some extent, while yet there are no living things in this picture. But it really feels like something great is coming to that place.

This really is a nice enchanted photo of some old buildings. Great photo!
